✓ What has come across
A short answer is never held against you. We simply ask, one at a time, about the parts that have not been put into words yet.
How it works
Nothing to prepare. It starts the moment you open the URL you received.
- 01
Open the URL
Just open the link from the company in your browser. No install and no account needed.
- 02
Answer the questions
Answer by voice or by typing. You can finish the whole interview even without a microphone.
- 03
Done in about 15 minutes
You can simply close the page when it ends. We hand you a copy of what you said right away.
In between, the only thing you do is answer the questions.
We only ask about what is missing
If you have already covered everything, we do not ask any further.
S, T, A and R are just these four
The letters look technical, but they only mean: when, what was needed, what you did, and how it turned out. We only look at whether all four are there in one answer.

We stop here and move on to the next question
Being asked again does not mean your answer was poor. It means part of your story has not been put into words yet, and as it stands it would not reach the hiring team. Every extra question adds one more thing they get to hear about you.
This is when we ask a little more
When there seems to be more to your story
We ask one more, so it does not stop at the good part.
When the part you worked hardest on has not been said yet
We ask about just that. What lands is always the concrete moment.
When the story has not reached the outcome
We ask what happened next. A story that gets told to the end carries further.
A person makes the hiring decision
KIKITASU only asks the questions and organises what you said.

Common concerns
Am I being asked for more detail because my answer was poor?
No. This is the normal way the interview runs. We keep asking until we have when, in what situation, what you did and how it turned out — so a good answer often draws more follow-ups, not fewer.
Will I be at a disadvantage if I am not a smooth speaker?
Only what you say is used in the assessment. Volume, pace, hesitation, expression and appearance are not. You are welcome to start a sentence again or take time to think.
Does the AI decide whether I pass?
No. What the AI produces is your answers organised, plus a draft assessment (scores and a summary). The hiring team reads that and makes the decision.
There is a question I would rather not answer.
You can simply say that you would rather not answer, and the interview moves to the next question. If there is something you want to tell us in advance, contact your recruiting contact directly.
Who can see the recording?
The hiring team at the company you applied to reviews it for this hiring process. Audio is deleted after 90 days and text after 365 days. You can request deletion at any time from the data handling link at the bottom of the screen.
Can I apply from this page?
This page explains KIKITASU. Applications are handled by each company, and you take the interview from the URL sent to you by the company you applied to. If you do not have a URL yet, please contact that company.
Does the demo interview affect a real selection process?
No. The demo runs on a practice posting, and nothing from it is passed to any company's selection. You can take it as many times as you like.
Try the whole flow before the real one
Overview → documents → consent → device check → interview → finish: you can go through all of it. The demo is for practice, so nothing from it goes into a selection process.
