How your data is handled
We use what we collect only for this process, and delete it automatically once the retention period passes.

Only the hiring team at the company you applied to can see the record. It is never shared with other companies.
About recording and activity logging
Whether the session is recorded, and whether activity during the interview is logged, depends on the company and the posting. What applies to your interview is shown on the data handling page you can open from your interview URL.
Recordings are kept only as a record of the interview and are not used in the AI assessment — only text goes to the assessment.
How the AI assessment is used
The assessment is reference information; the final decision is made by a person. We do not infer emotion from tone of voice or facial expression, and we do not assign personality types. Even when the camera is used, the footage is only kept as a record and never goes to the assessment model.
Request deletion of your data
You can request deletion of your data from the data handling page reached from your interview URL. If you do not have the URL, please contact the recruiting contact at the company you applied to.
