AI面接 for Companies

Ask onlywhat's missing.

First-round interviews, around the clock.
Your interviewers just read the report.

When an answer is missing part of STAR (situation, task, action, result), the interview asks one more question right there. Shallow answers do not pass through as shallow. No scheduling, and it keeps running at night and on weekends.

Why

Less busywork, less variance.

The more applications you get, the heavier scheduling and interviewer load become. KIKITASU makes the first round itself consistent.

Scheduling emails, back and forth

Offer times, re-offer times, send reminders. The hours go before the interview starts.

Send one link. Candidates can sit it any hour of the day.

Every interviewer scores differently

What gets asked, and how deep it goes, varies by person. The results do not compare.

The same competencies for everyone, side by side.

Shallow answers move to the next round

"I forgot to ask how it turned out" is something you notice afterwards.

The AI asks about the missing part of STAR, in the moment.
Who it's for

For high volume, and hours that never line up.

The gain is clearest where the count and the timing of first-round interviews are the problem.

High-volume hiring across stores and sites

Store and head-office interviewers no longer have to see every applicant. Everyone is compared on the same competencies.

Shift work in logistics, care and manufacturing

Candidates can sit it after a night shift or on a break. Nothing has to be fitted around your interviewers' hours.

Hiring people who are not native Japanese speakers

Candidates answer in their own language; you read the report in yours. No interpreter needed to get through the first round.

Growing companies short on interviewers

With one or two recruiters, a busy month no longer jams the first round. Interviewers spend their time deciding.

24 hours / 365 days

It runs while your interviewers sleep.

KIKITASU starts the interview the moment a candidate opens the link — at night, on weekends, whenever. Nobody has to match your interviewers' hours. The reports are waiting when you get in.

Illustrative timings — not records of real interviews.

They can interview the same night they apply

You catch them while interest is highest, instead of losing them to the wait for a slot.

Weekends and holidays do not stop it

No block of catch-up interviews after a break. A weekend application gets through the first round that same day.

Easier for candidates who are already working

People in a job, on shifts or night work, or with children can sit it at a time that suits them.

No evening or weekend hours for your interviewers

Nobody has to take an interview outside working hours to suit a candidate.

How it works

From setup to decision, your team does three things.

Build a template, send the link, read the report and decide. The interview itself and the first draft of the evaluation are the AI's job.

AI comment: strengths

  • Frames problems in numbers and carries a change through to a result
  • Proposes testing and comparing when a team disagrees

Worth checking

  • Little detail on how agreement was reached
  • Unclear how long the change stayed in place

Questions for the next interview

  • When your colleague disagreed, how did you bring them round?
  • Is that process still running today?
This evaluation is reference information for your selection. The decision is made by your interviewer.

Cost

Cheaper than a first round run by people.

A first-round interview costs more than the interview hour: scheduling and write-ups are paid time too. Try it with your own numbers.

The unit price depends on the interview and the volume. We turn quotes around in one business day.

Higher volumes are quoted at a volume rate.

For 100 or more interviews a month we quote a rate against your volume. Ask us about a trial before you commit.

Fairness

Less subjectivity, fewer candidates lost.

Only what the candidate said is used. A first round where looks and delivery make no difference lowers your fairness risk and is an easier thing for a candidate to sit.

Data handling

How candidate data is handled, stated up front.

What legal and IT review will ask for. The full detail is in the overview document.

How long it is kept

Audio is deleted after 90 days, text after 365. Nothing remains once the period is over.

Who can see it

Only the recruiters at the company applied to. The candidate is shown their own answers when they finish.

Deletion requests

A candidate can ask for their data to be deleted at any time. We act on company requests too.

Try it now

Easier shown than described. Sit a demo interview as a candidate first.

No sign-up, no sales call. Fifteen minutes in a browser and you know what an interview that asks one more question feels like. The demo runs on a sample role and has nothing to do with real hiring.

FAQ

What people ask before adopting it

Do candidates dislike being interviewed by an AI?

They can sit it whenever they like, from a phone, without signing up, so they reach the interview faster than they would waiting for a slot. It takes about 15 minutes, and they can restart an answer, pause, or switch to typing. Figures on completion and drop-off are in the overview document.

What stops someone else sitting it, or reading out an answer written by a chatbot?

The first round leaves the audio and the transcript intact. Press on the same episode in the second interview and you will know quickly whether they lived it. That is what the "questions for the next interview" are for.

Does the AI decide who passes?

No. The AI handles the questions and a first draft of the evaluation; the decision is made by your interviewer. The evaluation is reference information for your selection.

Does it connect to our ATS or job boards?

You send candidates a link, so you can start from any board or system you already use. For report data feeds, tell us which system you run and we will take it from there.

How long does setup take, and who does it?

Once a role has an interview template (questions and competencies) you can issue links the same day. We draft the first template from your job description.

What changes from the second interview onwards?

KIKITASU replaces the first round only. Later rounds stay with your people, who now start from the quotes and the AI's comments instead of from scratch.

Can we choose the competencies ourselves?

Yes — the interview template sets which competencies are scored for each role, and how many follow-ups each question may ask.

Who can see the recordings?

Only the recruiters at the company applied to. Audio is deleted after 90 days and text after 365, and candidates can request deletion at any time.
